Sr Software Engineer: Belapur Job

We are looking for 4+ years of experienced software professional with good exposure to enterprise software development and design. The candidate must have good communication skills and will be involved in independent interaction with development and program management in India and US. Required Skills :
- Working knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, XML, XPath, XSLT
- Working knowledge of SOA, web services framework (Axis2, CXF)
- Working knowledge of AJAX/Adobe Flex and Action Script
- Experience with object oriented design, design patterns, and UML
- Strong knowledge of client/server application development, and web technologies (HTML, Javascript)
- Awareness and attitude of following best coding practices and refactoring techniques.
- Unit testing and defect resolution during development and integration
- Must be self motivated and able to work in a close team environment
- Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred:
- Experience of CVS/SVN
- Familiarity with agile development processes (preferably SCRUM)
- Knowledge of open source frameworks and tools such as OFBiz, Wiki, Jasper Reports
Education:
Graduate in computer science or any related field.
